Terms of Service

RentReel generates AI video tours and listing text from photos you upload. You receive a downloadable video (landscape and vertical), a shareable tour page, and listing copy.

You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload, and the right to advertise the property shown. You keep ownership of your photos and the videos we generate for you, and you’re responsible for how you use and where you post them. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the service.

• Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, or anything unlawful, misleading, or that depicts people without consent.
• Don’t misrepresent a property. Videos show AI-rendered motion of your photos, not new or altered spaces.
• Don’t abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent limits on the service.

The full tour is a one-time $29 charge processed by Stripe. Because each order triggers paid AI generation that begins immediately, orders are non-refundable once video generation has started. If generation fails on our side and we can’t deliver your video, contact us for a refund.

Output is AI-generated and labeled as such. It may contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing your video before publishing it anywhere.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
