RentReel (“we,” “us”) turns rental listing photos into short AI-generated video tours. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Photos you upload to create a tour.
- Listing details you enter (address, rent, beds/baths, highlights).
- Email address, collected at checkout to deliver your video.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data (IP address, device/browser) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To generate your video tour and listing text, and deliver them to you.
- To process your payment and send transactional email.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share data with
To provide the service we send data to: Supabase (database, storage, auth), Anthropic (photo classification and listing text), fal.ai and Shotstack (video generation and rendering), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to perform its function.
AI-generated content
Videos are generated by AI from the photos you upload and are labeled “Generated with AI.” They depict AI-rendered motion of your real photos.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your content as long as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing support@tryrentreel.com. Depending on your location you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your uploaded photos are stored privately and are only accessible to your session. Published tour videos are public by design (you share them).
